HeartMath Inner Balance Coherence Plus

DESCRIPTION The Inner Balance Coherence Plus™ is a compact Bluetooth-enabled sensor and app system designed to help users monitor and train heart rhythm patterns using HeartMath’s coherence feedback technology. By detecting subtle changes in heart rate variability (HRV), the system provides real-time visual feedback, allowing users to practice achieving balanced, steady breathing patterns and focus states. Through guided sessions within the HeartMath and Inner Balance apps, users can explore relaxation and mindfulness techniques while observing their body’s physiological responses in real time. The Coherence Plus sensor clips comfortably to the ear and connects wirelessly to your mobile device, integrating seamlessly with supported iOS and Android applications. Lightweight, portable, and easy to use, the Inner Balance Coherence Plus provides practical tools for individuals interested in tracking heart rhythm coherence and incorporating structured breathing exercises into their daily wellness routines. SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH HeartMath® has conducted and published research exploring the concept of heart rhythm coherence and its relationship to stress management, emotional balance, and cognitive focus. These studies examine how physiological coherence—measured through heart rate variability (HRV)—can be influenced by breathing patterns and focused attention. Independent research institutions have also studied HRV as a general indicator of autonomic nervous system balance and physiological regulation.
