Drilling for Hope Stone Hearts - Fund Raising

Exquisitely hand carved in Kenya, these generously sized sandstone hearts are much more than meets the eye. They support one of my favorite charities, Drilling for Hope. Drilling for Hope is the brain child of Karen Flewelling, a retired school teacher who recognized the need for clean water in rural Africa, India and South America. Building these wells have provided girls with an opportunity to be educated and for these communities to have access to potable water. Karen began her mission 10 years ago and has drilled over 100 wells and water systems throughout the world with the support of generous donors. For more info visit www.DrillingForHope.org 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these hearts goes to DFH. Hearts measure approx, 4" x 4"   Made in Kenya / Ships from NYC These hearts are made from sandstone.
