Heart Internally Threaded Replacement Post

Not all piercings use the same size jewelry, and often your existing piercings change in size. These heart back replacement posts are ideal for when you need to change the length or gauge of your existing gold body jewelry. Having a collection of different sized posts also allows you to use the same charms on different body piercings. These backing posts are for threaded charms only; they are not compatible with threadless jewelry ends.
