Heart Healer

• Heart Healer⁣ ~ Hawthorn Beltane Bloom & Berry Elixir • *This listing is for one 1oz offering OR discounted 2oz offering of Heart Healer Beloved Beltane, this Sabbath is made even more magical with the erotic scents of Hawthorn mixing with the spring rain. Her delicate soothing white & pink blooms carries joy & conjures strength.. She has held my hand & heart through countless times of grief, trauma & hardships over the years. I reach for her delicious support daily & especially when times are challenging. She helps the heart open to compassion within self & with others during difficult conversations & overwhelming situations. She guides us to turn traumatic events into opportunities of inspired growth & evolution. In fact, the challenging times of 2020 was part of how the first batch of this very special & intimate offering came to be last spring. & being she’s my most reviewed offering to date, with so many beautiful stories, I know many of us relied on her -a lot- while navigating these times of grief & uncertainty.⁣ She helps us find safety in vulnerability. In the fall I infuse her berries into Organic Brandy & raw PNW mountain honey. I let her brew all year until I marry them with her blooms on Beltane. Within this brew holds her power & the power of us uniting as a collective. She’s born of the beautiful, cathartic Beltane ceremony I host on IG, where hundreds of us released what no longer served us into the Beltane flames. I share in my stories the words of everyone that participates & as I harvest her, I speak the words, burning them into the flames during ritual while asking her for support❣️ She’s made from 4 diff types of Hawthorn trees ~ English, Downy, Cockspur & Black Hawthorn ~ they all live in the Hawthorn grove in the forest near my home. A place I often go to sit when my heart feels heavy. (Visit my Hawthorn highlight & Beltane Hawthorn posts on IG for more) Hawthorn Magic: Hawthorn has been studied as a potent herb that nourishes the physical function & the energetic-emotional health of our heart. She helps carry calcium & magnesium to the heart muscle, increasing oxygen & blood, helping regulate blood pressure & irregular heartbeat. She deeply nourishes our nervous, respiratory, immune & cardiovascular/circulatory systems. Ceylon Cinnamon bark joins this brew, as she pairs so wonderfully in flavor, energy & benefits as a nourishing nervine that promotes blood circulation & helps reduce stress & anxiety. I also add a bit of Heart Healer from the previous year, which is a cyclical ritual I do every year, so she carries the heart-healing strength & love from years past. ⁣To complete this ritual, I strained her on the New Moon of Summer. The outcome is an incredibly nourishing & super delicious Elixir full of love & intention. She is a warm hug for the heart & I hope she brings you comfort!❣️ PNW Wildcrafted Ingredients: English, Downy, Cockspur and Black Hawthorn blooms & berries with Ceylon Cinnamon Bark infused into Organic Brandy & raw PNW honey. *As always, no essential oils, no preservatives, no additives, no fragrances. Recommended dosage instructions are on the bottle.  •••••••••••••••• *HERBAL PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER* ***Please consult with a healthcare professional if you have a serious medical condition or concerns about contraindications in regards to medications you are currently taking. Please do your own research and consultations before using any offering.*** In my item descriptions I am 100% transparent with every ingredient in my herbal offerings.
