HealthyAir HighFlow Portable Fume Extractor | Smoke & Dust Collector | Bio Aerosol Air Cleaner

HealthyAir HighFlow Portable Fume Extractor | Smoke & Particle Collector | Bio Aerosol Air Cleaner This HealthyAir Source Capture System is a Portable Fume Extractor, Smoke and Particulate Collector and Airborne Biological Aerosol Air Cleaner. Powered by eHEPA filtration technology, this system is engineered to extract airborne contaminants from the breathing zone to improve indoor air quality and reduce occupational hazard risks. This unit is engineered to provide ventilation for one workstation, is operated as a free-standing portable unit that can be located as need.  If desired, it can also be easily configured for local exhaust outside ventilation to operate as a negative air system.    3-In-1 Specialized Air Purifier that Reduce Occupational Health Hazards to Improve Indoor Air Quality Activated Carbon Air Purifier = Captures Chemical Fumes (VOCs) Air sanitizer = Kills microorganisms (bacteria, virus, mold and fungi) Dust Collector = Collects Fine-Particles (PM2.5) Removes formaldehyde and other chemical vapors, fumes, haze and odors Collects ultra-fine dust particles and smoke Captures and kills microorganisms and airborne bio-debris Meets and Exceeds OSHA Standards With patented eHEPA® electrostatic HEPA filtration technology, this unit is designed to extract and eliminate chemical fumes, particles and airborne biological matter.   Protect Your Breathing Zone with eHEPA® Technology   This type of source capture is designed to protect the breathing zones of laboratory technicians and prevent sensory irritation from exposure to chemical fumes, smoke, fine particles and airborne biological contaminants. With patented eHEPA® technology, this unit filters air in a highly efficient 3-stage process, resulting in a safer work environment with a healthier breathing zone for occupants. As contaminated air passes through the unit, the Pre-Filter, eHEPA® Filter, and Enhanced Carbon Catalytic Filter work in conjunction to collect and deactivate airborne particles; including dust, smoke, allergens, gasses, odors, and VOCs. HealthyAir® System 3-stage process collectively utilizes the 5 filtration methods of Sieving, Direct impact, Inertial Impaction, Diffusion, and Electrostatic.      Improve Indoor Air Quality The Healthy Air® Source Capture System operates as a Recirculating System. Recirculating Ventilation means the unit is designed to take in contaminated air though the extraction hose, filter contaminants, and discharge purified air from the exhaust vent, located on the bottom of the unit, back into the facility. Note that, this unit can also be easily configured as a negative air scrubber.  As a negative air machine, or local exhaust ventilation system, this unit can be connected to a 5" diameter exhaust duct to vent collected air from the facility.  Weight & Dimensions The weight and base dimensions of the unit is: 48 lbs. - 15”l x 16”w x 21”h The standard extraction arm hose length is 4' or 5’.  Custom length hose is available, for information and pricing please contact us. This portable floor unit is designed to be positioned in close proximity to the chair or workstation.  Initial setup of the unit is simple and requires installation of the extraction hose and caster wheels.  The caster wheels enable the unit to be easily moved as needed.   Operation By adjusting the flexible hose, the hood of the extraction arm can be strategically positioned approximately 6”-12” from the work area, to capture fumes from the emission source.  Capture hood with optional add-on LED light illuminates the work area The HA-SSC-G5 offers simple remote-control operation and is equipped with a three-speed fan that enables control of air flow. Maintenance of the unit is simple and does not require the use of any tools.   Filter Model & Replacement The Healthy Air® Source Capture Fume Extraction System utilizes the HA-SERIES-1213 filter set, consisting of a Pre-Filter, eHEPA Filter, and Activated Carbon Filter.  Each unit comes with (1) per-installed filter. The recommend filter replacement cycle is 6 months on average.  However, the need for filter replacement naturally varies depending on the frequency and nature of use.   The following replacement filter is compatible with this unit: HA-SERIES-1213
