(1) HealthyAir® Ceiling-Mount Source Capture Fume Extractor Single Station system is capable of serving (1)  workstation.   (1) HealthyAir® Ceiling-Mount Source Capture Fume Extractor Dual Station system is capable of serving (2) adjacent workstations.    Recirculating or Outside Ventilation Configuration The HealthyAir® Ceiling-Mount Source Capture Fume Extractor may be operated as a Recirculating System or as an Outside Venting Local Exhaust Ventilation System. Recirculating Ventilation Recirculating Ventilation means the unit is designed to take in contaminated air though the extraction hose, filter contaminants, discharge and reintroduce purified air from the outlet port back into the facility.   Outside Ventilation - Local Exhaust Ventilation System When configured for Outside Ventilation, the system is designed to take in contaminated air though the extraction hose, filter contaminants, and discharge treated air out of the facility via an exhaust duct connection to the 5" diameter outlet port of the unit. There are (2) outlet ports locations on the unit, which enable the exhaust duct to be connected to the exhaust port that offers the most convenient ducting arrangement.   Weight, Dimensions & Installation Engineered for easy installation, this concealed ceiling-mount unit is designed to be installed and suspended in the plenum space of any drop ceiling with a minimum clearance of 18". The approximate weight and base dimensions of the Base Unit is: 65 lbs. - 23”l x 12”w x 14”h The Source Capture Hood has a 16.5" diameter. Depending on the ceiling-height, the appropriate length for the Extraction Hose of the Extraction Arm can be selected.  The standard Extraction Hose length options are 5’, 6', or 7'L. For custom length extraction arm hose options please contact us for pricing and availability information.   Operation By easily adjusting the flexible hose, the hoods of the extraction arms can be strategically positioned, approximately 6”-12” from the work area, to capture fumes from the emission source. The Ceiling-Mount Source Capture Fume Extractor offers simple remote-control operation and is equipped with a three-speed fan that enables control of air flow. Maintenance of the unit is simple and does not require the use of any special tools.   Filter Model & Replacement Each HealthyAir® Ceiling-Mount Source Capture System comes with (1) filter pre-installed.
