BLUE BREEZE SUMMER COOLING TEA

Specially crafted for those hot summer days, especially the intensity of Florida heat, our Blue Breeze Tea is designed to be enjoyed ice-cold. This blend combines herbs known for their profound cooling properties and nutritional support, offering a delicious way to stay hydrated, nourished, and relaxed through the dog days of summer. Our 1 oz offering brews approximately 10–12 cups of tea, while our 2 oz size yields about 20–24 cups.     Ingredients: Nettle (Urtica dioica) Known as Nature’s Electrolyte and Nutritional Powerhouse. It is packed with essential nutrients like Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, and Protein, which help replenish minerals lost through summer sweating. It also offers gentle anti-histamine and anti-allergenic support. Oat Tops (Avena sativa)   A deeply nourishing nervine that supports the central nervous system. It is traditionally used to restore and aid with both mental and physical exhaustion, making it perfect for combating the fatigue brought on by sustained heat. Butterfly Pea Flower (Clitoria ternatea)  Provides powerful antioxidant and cooling properties. This ingredient gives the tea its stunning, vibrant blue color and is known to possess anti-inflammatory actions, promoting a sense of inner calm and refreshment. Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)  A cooling, antioxidant-rich herb that promotes relaxation and a clear mind. Its bright, zesty, and slightly sweet flavor is highly refreshing and contributes to the tea’s cooling effect on the body. Spearmint (Mentha spicata)   Offers significant cooling and diaphoretic action. Its fresh, clean flavor is instantly invigorating, helping the body to naturally regulate its temperature and encouraging a light sweat that assists in cooling down. Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum)  An adaptogenic and cooling herb known for its ability to help the body manage stress. It aids in the reduction of stress hormones and provides gentle immune support, while also contributing to the overall cooling nature of the blend.   Directions: Add 1 TBS of herbal blend per cup of hot water.
