The taste is light and sweet from the two different sweet potatoes with balanced flavor next to savory vegetables and fresh herbs. What is potassium broth good for? It is full of organic minerals including a lot of potassium, it is alkalising, nourishes the immune system, flushes the kidneys, helps regulate blood pressure, and supports the thyroid and adrenals. Many people do not get adequate potassium which needs to come from our diet, especially fruit and vegetables.
