Headlamp Headband Mount Kit for Helmets

NEW and Improved: Easier Mounting Configuration     This is the same Headband Mount Kit that we include with some of our Fenix headlamps (HP12R, etc.). With two included Strap Keepers and a front mounted Headlamp Keeper, it holds the headlamp securely and weighs almost nothing.  Now we offer it separately, for those that might already own a good headlamp and want to use it on their bike helmet.   Fits most headlamps with ample headbands to any helmet (bike or other) Kit uses three Headband Keepers for a quick on/off attachment Keepers come in two different widths so pick the one that matches your headlamp's headband width Superlight: 12 grams  Risk-Free Purchase: if you're not satisfied, we'll send you a return label and exchange it for free!  Instructions for Mounting Headlamp/Headband to Helmet Find a surface on the helmet above the ear for the two side Headband Keepers  Find a single spot in front of the helmet for the single Headlamp Keeper and position it directly behind the Headlamp so that the clip goes over the top of the headband and prevents Headlamp from sliding backwards (depending on the venting of your helmet, you may need to place the front Dual Lock base slightly off-center) Peel and stick Keepers' Dual Lock bases to the helmet on those spots Snap on the Headband Keepers onto their Dual Lock bases Fully loosen headlamp headband and place it into the Headband Keepers and tighten the headband as necessary
