Head Kore 87 Twintip Skis

The Head Kore 87 twintip skis sit firmly on the quick and agile end of the all mountain spectrum, favoring fast edge changes and confident short radius turns. Their standout character comes from an impressive balance of low weight and strong backbone, making them feel energetic underfoot without sacrificing stability. Updates to the topsheet construction improve overall durability and help smooth out the ride, giving the skis a more composed feel when conditions get firm or choppy. A poplar and karuba wood core is reinforced with two layers of carbon placed above and below the core for added strength and snap while keeping swing weight low. This three dimensional use of carbon boosts responsiveness and torsional rigidity, allowing the skis to feel precise when tipped on edge yet easy to release when you want to vary turn shape. With a naturally tight turning radius for an all mountain platform, the Kore 87 skis encourage clean carves at higher edge angles while remaining playful and maneuverable when skied with a lighter touch.
