I AM IN HARMONY & ALIGNMENT

I have head relief and mental clarity. I am able to think clearly to make up my own mind and decide.    The Buddha said, 'In our interactions with others, gentleness, kindness and respect are the source of harmony.' When it comes to our own relationship with ourselves, the same is true. When we aren't gentle, kind and respectful of our bodies, maybe by not getting enough sleep, drinking too much, or working ourselves too hard, things can get unharmonious rather quickly. A headache is often the symptom that lets us know we need to slow things down. We are also in a state of mind where making decisions is challenging.  If you've reached that point and your head is pounding, we've got just the thing to help you rebalance. I AM IN HARMONY & ALIGNMENT, is crafted with a plethora of herbs and flowers prized for their relaxing aromatics and nutrient content, delivers an easy-drinking way to ease the pain. Featuring spearmint, said to relax the nerves and calm the mind, the blend also incorporates a variety of herbs with anti-inflammatory qualities - rooibos, lemongrass, lavender and nettle. To help harmonize things even further we've finished things off with gentle floral tones of rose and passion flower. Think of this one like mental therapy in a cup. When you feel the squeeze inside your skull, reach for the kettle, fill yourself a pot and sip your way to harmony.  Caffeine- None INGREDIENTS: Rooibos, Spearmint, Lemongrass, Nettle, Lavender, Passion flower, Lemon verbena, Rose petals, Willow bark, Plum + Mallow petals.
