Hawthorne House Plan

Four pairs of impressive double columns line the front porch of the Hawthorne, a stately Victorian home. A charming window dormer complemented with decorative shutters, trim and fish-scale accents top the entry. A standing-seam metal roof adorns a brick chimney. Upon entering the foyer, the open concept feel is expanded from the formal living room to the leisure room with interior columns, sweeping archways, built-ins, a fireplace, a powder room, and front and rear decks that comprise the exclusive indulgences of Hawthorne. To the left of the foyer is the formal dining room. With a spectacular beamed ceiling, this room stands out as the focal point of the Hawthorne plan. The kitchen of the Hawthorne plan hosts an island cook top, corner pantry, built-in refrigerator and a bay-window breakfast nook. A pair of double French doors flanks a multi-pane window that opens the leisure room to sunlit views of the rear porch. The utility room leads to an oversized garage that provides access to an optional basement plan. Upstairs, a dramatic loft extends the columns of the living room to two-story heights. The master retreat is located above the leisure room and nook area below. The master bedroom has a beautiful tray ceiling. There are two sets of French doors that open out to a private master deck. There are his and hers master walk in closets. The master bath has separate vanities and sinks and a luxurious Whirlpool soaker tub surrounded by a circular wall of windows. There is a separate walk in shower and a private water closet. A delightful study, three additional bedrooms, and a dual-vanity bath complete the second level of the Hawthorne plan. The Hawthorne floor plan has 2954 square feet of living area, four bedrooms and two and 1/2 bathrooms. This plan has a crawlspace foundation.
