Haven House Plan

This island basement home is an excellent example of open floor plan living. There is an enormous amount of common space and features in the great room, which can welcome the outdoors inside when the sliding glass doors are opened. The rear patio and outdoor kitchen with its built-in grill become part of the living space. A common mistake designers make with open floor plan homes is not giving enough attention to the private spaces. This design gives you ample room for you to get away without feeling cramped or hidden. The master suite has abundant access to the rear patio, as well as a very roomy master bath with walk-in shower. Each guest suite has its own full bath and large closet. And the study could easily be used as a bedroom. Everyone will feel they have the amount of seclusion they need for resting, studying, or working. The elevator is a great addition to this home, making the island basement very user friendly. The lower level gives you ample space for a rec room, craft room or a workshop. And because the 2-car garage is under the house, the overall footprint of this home is small. Making it perfect for almost any sized lot.
