Hauck 2024 Riesling Trocken

Tasting Notes Hauck’s 2024 Riesling is a bright, finely etched expression of the vintage, offering a balance of purity and vibrancy that defines the estate’s style. Aromas of lime zest, green apple, and white peach rise from the glass, supported by delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral lift. On the palate it is crisp and linear, driven by lively acidity that frames its citrus‑driven fruit. Hints of apricot, crushed slate, and a gentle herbal nuance add complexity, while the finish is clean, refreshing, and quietly persistent. The wine’s precision and clarity make it both immediately appealing and capable of developing further nuance with short‑term cellaring. Its freshness and structure make it a natural partner for a wide range of dishes. Classic pairings such as sushi, ceviche, or grilled white fish highlight its citrus and mineral notes, while spicy dishes—like Thai curries or Szechuan stir‑fries—benefit from its bright acidity. It also complements roasted poultry, fresh salads, soft cheeses, and vegetable‑forward plates such as asparagus, zucchini, or herb‑driven pasta. The wine’s versatility makes it equally enjoyable as an aperitif. 750ml
