Hatori Kōmyō 光明 Series – Hammered Titanium Pan with Two Handles

A hammered titanium pan with two handles, so a full pan is easy to lift with both hands. The surface is naturally non-stick. Kōmyō (光明) means radiant light: it is the Hatori titanium cookware line. Three layers: a hammered titanium cooking surface, an aluminium heat core and a stainless steel induction base. Around 45% lighter than steel. The dual ergonomic handles give a balanced grip. The titanium resists corrosion and extreme heat, and the cooking surface is solid titanium all the way through. Paella, braised chicken, roasted vegetables and one-pan dinners. Works on induction, gas and electric, and goes into the oven. Sizes 25 to 30 cm (10 to 12 inch), with or without a lid.
