Hatori Kōmyō 光明 Series – Hammered Deep Titanium Pot

A deep pot in hammered titanium, made for soups, stews and braises. The cooking surface is naturally non-stick. Kōmyō (光明) means radiant light: it is the Hatori titanium cookware line. Three layers: a hammered titanium cooking surface, an aluminium heat core and a stainless steel induction base. Around 45% lighter than steel. The titanium resists corrosion and extreme temperatures. Two well-balanced handles give steady control when the pot is full. Sunday stews, pasta water, chili and stock. Works on induction, gas and electric, and goes into the oven. PFAS free, PTFE free. Sizes 23 to 28 cm (9 to 11 inch), with or without a lid.
