Haskell Hoop Earrings

The Haskell Hoop earring is made with rare vintage parts in moonglow, matte or shiny finishes. Moonglow hoops that are authentically vintage are hard to find. These are a hand-dyed style & each hoop measures approximately 1" in diameter and about 15mm in width.  This style is known as the Haskell hoop & is the perfect mix of retro and modern styles. The name pays homage to jewelry designer Miriam Haskell who was one of our favorites in the 40's, 50's & 60's. And then it's also an homage to one of our beloved cats who was named after the designer. This style comes in loads of other colors & the model is wearing the Haskell hoop in another color to give you an idea of the size & scale. Earrings are made with vintage lucite parts that were made in Rhode Island in the 1960's - early 80's by Best Plastics. I hand-set them with surgical steel earring posts and they have sturdy surgical steel/acrylic backings on them as well. Light-weight & fun to wear.
