Harrop TVS2650 ENGINE KIT | LT4 | CAMARO ZL1

Key Features: Eaton R2650 Rotors: Incorporates Eaton's R2650 rotating group with a 170-degree lobe helix angle, delivering exceptional thermal efficiency and supporting horsepower capabilities exceeding 1,200 HP. Enhanced Intercooling System: Utilizes the factory water-to-air intercooler system, augmented with 2.5x larger twin dual-pass intercooler cores, a billet reservoir, and high-flow 22mm molded hoses, significantly improving cooling efficiency. Front Drive/Front Inlet Design: Features a shorter, less restrictive intake path to improve boost response and reduce inlet air temperatures compared to the factory system. Flexible Throttle Body Compatibility: The supercharger manifold incorporates independent input drive assembly and throttle body housings, allowing for flexible throttle body applications, including GM factory throttle bodies and aftermarket options up to 112mm. OEM Integration: Designed and manufactured by Harrop to original equipment standards, retaining all factory ancillaries such as A/C, viscous engine fan, and power steering. Overview: Harrop's TVS2650 Engine Kit is a direct replacement for the factory TVS1740 supercharger assembly on LT4 6.2L V8 engines found in the ZL1 Camaro. This upgrade leverages the largest and most efficient rotating group ever produced by Eaton—the TVS2650—to deliver superior airflow and performance. The front drive/front inlet design minimizes intake restrictions, enhancing boost response and overall efficiency. The integrated intercooler system, with significantly larger cores and optimized components, ensures reduced inlet air temperatures and rapid recovery, unlocking the full potential of the LT4 engine.
