Harper - House Plan

Inspired by classic New England architecture, the Harper makes an excellent vacation home with the flexibility to sleep up to 10 people in an affordable footprint with all of the luxurious amenities to enjoy relaxing and unwinding.  Dual wrap around porches add character and outdoor living space to the front and rear of the home plan.  The foyer doubles as a mud room with built-in cubbies, cabinets and a laundry closet for convenient storage. The open first floor plan features a luxurious kitchen, with a pantry, and a pass through window to the rear porch. The open living dining space features a fireplace, faux wood beams, and a game nook. Dual sliding glass doors open up to the wrap around porches.  Upstairs, an open bunk room has space for two bunks with a dedicated bathroom. Additionally, two full bedrooms share a jack and jill privacy bathroom.
