The Harmony Blend

The Harmony Blend is a carefully composed trio of coffees, designed to move together as one. Balanced, expressive, and deeply satisfying, this blend is built on the idea that contrast works best when everything is in rhythm. Ten Dollars per pound are donated to the Immigration Law Center of Minnesota.  Why Harmony: Recently featured in the Star Tribune for its community impact, the Harmony Blend is about more than flavor—it's about balance in how we care for one another. A portion of proceeds from this blend support those affected by ICE and organizations serving people in need, helping create the stability and dignity everyone deserves, one cup at a time. About the Blend At its foundation is Papua New Guinea, bringing a luxuriously creamy body with notes of warm butter and caramelized sugar—like the crisp golden edges in a pan. Layered in is a classic semi-washed Brazil, adding structure and depth with peanut-like nuttiness and dried dark fruit. Completing the blend is a natural Ethiopia, bursting with vibrant fruit character, blueberry and strawberry sweetness and a red wine-like richness. Together, these coffees balance one another beautifully. The Brazil and Papua New Guinea provide a grounded base that is rich, smooth, and steady, while the Ethiopia brings brightness and movement, adding clarity and lift without overpowering the blend. Every component plays its part, creating a cup where nothing competes and everything belongs. Flavor Profile: Creamy and sweet up front, layered with nutty depth, and finished with a lively pop of fruit and a soft wine-like sweetness that lingers. Brew Versatility: The Harmony Blend shines across brew methods. It is smooth and balanced as a drip or pour-over, rich and expressive in a French press, and complex yet approachable as espresso, whether enjoyed straight or with milk. Tasting Notes: • Acidity: Balanced and lively • Body: Creamy, full, and smooth • Flavor: Buttered sugar, peanut, dried dark fruit, blueberry, strawberry • Finish: Sweet, wine-like, and harmonious
