Once harvested, these coffee cherries undergo washed processing before being imported to the US. This is the first coffee we've offered from Mexico, and we think you'll love it as much as we do– it’s well balanced and perfect for all day sipping. Coffee tastes like coffee, but if you’re paying attention, it also tastes like a lot of other things. Chiapas has tasting notes of graham, peanut butter, and raisin and sits in the balanced part of our line up.
