Hard Cheese Mold (Small)

This small hard cheese mold with follower will work with any of our presses and can be use to make up to a two pound cheese, from two gallons of milk. This sturdy mold can handle a pressing weight of up to 100 lbs. The open bottom on this cheese mold provides ideal drainage.
