Happy Tears Waterproof Top Coat

Why you'll love it: Waterproof mascaras can be drying and cause breakage to lashes if worn regularly. Now you can seal your favorite mascara only when needed.  This transparent top coat seals your favorite mascara, eyeliner, or brow color from water, tears, and sweat so it doesn’t budge until you are ready to remove it. How to use: Apply Your Favorite Makeup – Start by applying your regular mascara, eyeliner, or brow color as usual. Let it dry completely before proceeding. Seal with the Transparent Top Coat – Using the applicator, lightly brush the waterproof sealer over your lashes, eyeliner, or brows. Ensure even coverage for maximum protection. Let It Set – Allow a few seconds for the top coat to dry completely. Once set, your makeup is now waterproof, resistant to tears, sweat, and humidity.
