Hanna Instruments GroLine Dosing System

Hanna Instruments GroLine Dosing Systems monitor the pH or fertilizer in the nutrient solution in hydroponics, as well as irrigation water in standard greenhouse applications. Select the probe desired, either the GroLine pH/Temperature probe or the GroLine EC/Temperature probe, for monitoring the growing medium as desired. Powerful Dosing Pump The Hanna GroLine Dosing System is equipped with a peristaltic dosing pump that promotes professional operation and results. Stepper Motor: This type of motor does not use gears or brushes, making it longer lasting and requiring little maintenance. Automatic Proportional Control: Use the simple on/off switch, or a more advanced proportional control to dose plants, which prevents overshooting of the set point. Adjustable Flow Rate: Adjust the flow rate from .05 to 3.5L/hour to allow for more precise control in maintaining the desired set point. Probe Options Available Select the correct probe to monitor either the pH & temperature or the EC & temperature as best fits the need. GroLine pH/Temperature Probe: This amplified probe (HI10063) incorporates both pH and temperature sensors and quickly connects to the controller with a waterproof quick connect DIN connector. It features a built-in amplifier, a sturdy PVDF body, and ½-inch threaded fitting for insertion into an in-line “T” fitting or in the flow cell. GroLine EC/Temperature Probe: Incorporating both EC/TDS and temperature sensors, this amplified probe (HL30033) also connects easily to the controller with a quick connect DIN connector. It features a PVDF body and ½-inch threaded fitting for use in an in-line “T” fitting or a flow cell. Included Alarms The Hanna GroLine Dosing System is equipped with an alarm system which is triggered after 5 seconds if the controller records a set of consecutive readings either over or under established threshold values. It features an enable/disable option, overtime protection from 1 to 180 minutes or off, and an intuitive red, light green, and dark green color-coded backlight. Additional Features Acid Tank Level/Flow Switch: The GroLine dosing system has a connection to an optional level controller or a flow switch. This can be used to disabled the pump when the reservoir tank is depleted, or when the pump is turned off. Multicolored LCD Display: This provides quick and easy reading of the status of the pool controller. During normal operation, the display is green. It changes to red when an alarm is triggered. Quick Connect Probe Input: Creates a waterproof seal with the meter, reducing electrical noise issues which can be caused by high-humidity levels Temperature Range: 23° to 221°F (-5° to 105° C) with an accuracy of ±0.9° F (±0.5°C) TDS Conversion Factor: You can select a conversion factor from the range 0.45 to 0.99 Summary The Hanna Instruments GroLine Dosing System features a peristaltic dosing pump with automatic proportional control, adjustable flow rate, and multicolor LCD display. Select a pH/Temperature or a EC/Temperature Probe as required.
