Beef Hanger Steak - (1.35 lbs)

Prized for its flavor, Hanger Steak is sometimes known as the "Butcher's Steak" because butchers used to keep it for themselves rather than selling it. Hanger Steak is an East Coast delicacy and is highly requested by US Wellness Meats’ customers. Hanger Steak resembles Flank Steak in texture and flavor. It is best marinated and cooked quickly over high heat and served rare or medium rare to avoid toughness. Help yourself to a great recipe, located under the recipe tab. Each Hanger Steak averages 1.35 pounds. All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.
