Handsome Baltic Amber Silver Ring- BAR24

Baltic amber has been admired for its beauty and used for jewelry and medicine for thousands of years. When you hold a genuine piece of Baltic amber in your hand, it’s easy to see why people would fashion it into beads and cabochons for jewelry. However, Baltic amber is even more than meets the eye. Baltic amber contains about 8% succinic acid, an acid naturally occurring within the human body, but when applied topically, it can reduce inflammation, swelling, and a variety of other ailments. Succinic acid releases from the amber when it is worn against the skin, providing healing benefits to whoever wears it. This ring features an oval shaped Baltic amber piece in a beautiful traditional rich amber color set in .925 sterling silver.  We have this ring four sizes; 7, 9, 9 3/4 and 10 1/4.  Allow for some variation in the Baltic amber piece due to it being 40 million year old fossilized tree resin. Each piece will have unique characteristics created by Mother Nature.  Whaler's Locker has long loved Baltic amber. We have an extensive collection of necklaces, earrings, pendants, bracelets and other ring styles in our Baltic Amber collection. Reference code: BAR24
