Traditional Mexican church candle meets modern folk art with these delightful votive candle holders. Each is a miniature art piece, individually hand-painted by Luis Romero on papel amate, a traditional Mexican handmade paper. Votive candle included. Available in several designs, each sold separately. Luis Romero is a self-taught artist, born and raised in Mexico City. Inspired by the faces of farmers and flower sellers, revolutionaries and ritual makers, Luis’ folkloric illustrations are storytellers that convey his deep affection for Mexico's culture and people.
