Handcrafted Large Copper Metal "Turtle and Friends" Sculpture

Large copper "Turtle and Friends" metal sculpture by Vermont Copper Inc. Entirely handcrafted from pure copper in the Vermont Copper workshop in Berkshire, Vermont, this large scale piece of metal art would make a beautiful addition to any garden, park, landscaping scene or office space. A turtle sits on his rock in the pond, in the shade of a tall tree trunk. Surrounding him are a cast of animal characters and plant life he’d meet throughout his day on the water - lily pads, leaves, flowers, vines, tall flowing grass, long cattails, and a big sunflower. A falcon sits on a long branch at the top of the tree, looking out for prospects. A beautiful butterfly with its wings spread lands on a flower above him. A beetle climbs up the tree trunk. A caterpillar sunbathes on a lilypad next to him. Teal green patina finishing on the copper piece gives a little nod to the nature it represents. The detail in this large scale metal art keeps you looking to see what you'll notice next. A one of a kind piece that would work in both indoor and outdoor spaces!
