There are 4 dribbling workouts and 1 passing workout.  The dribbling workouts feature stationary and moving workouts.  Prepare to be challenged! Included is a 3 month printable workout sheet for you to keep track of your workouts.  Do the Pro workouts and in 3 months your dribbling and passing skills will improve dramatically.  The passing workout is a killer just to warn you.  On any of the workouts, if you need to hit the pause button, just stop, and then jump back in when you are ready.
