The sublime elegant simplicity of single wide boards, some upwards of 15", with just the right grain begets perfect Japanese knife-friendly cutting boards. Our handcrafted cutting boards begin as carefully selected, sustainably harvested mountain-grown black cherry wood, tight grain cypress planks or other hardwoods.     To maintain the health and beauty of the wood, periodically apply food-grade mineral oil.
