Hand Block Printed Placemats

Product Note Hand block print from Gujarat carries a quiet kind of beauty, one built through repetition, rhythm, and the steady touch of the artisan’s hand. These placemats bring that language of print to the table, where utility meets heritage in a form that can be lived with every day. Crafted in traditional printed textile, each placemat offers pattern, warmth, and a sense of considered placement. Whether used for daily meals or gathered tables, they create a setting that feels layered, welcoming, and rooted in material memory. Craft Note At House of Saaj, we see table linen not as an afterthought, but as part of how a home holds culture. These hand block print placemats from Gujarat are meant for homes that value detail, tradition, and the understated beauty of handmade work. These placemats are made using traditional hand block printing techniques, so slight variations in print placement, depth of color, and motif alignment are part of their handmade character. These are not flaws, but marks of process that make each piece distinct. Offered as a set of 6.
