Hamamatsu C16767MA Mini-spectrometer

The C16767MA is a newly lined up mini-spectrometer that employs a CMOS image sensor, in which the slit is integrated by the etching technology, as well as a reflective concave surface grating made by nanoimprint lithography. The C16767MA is equipped with an image sensor with enhanced UV resistance and a diffraction grating optimized for UV diffraction. In addition, a stray light cut filter, made with our unique opto-semiconductor manufacturing technique, is formed on the image sensor in order to restrain the stray light generated during diffraction from entering into the image sensor.
