Versatile, durable, and designed for a perfect fit inside the Proofer Pro. Use these aluminum half sheet pans as shelves to hold bannetons, proofing containers, or bread pans - or place buns, pastries, and croissants directly on the pan to proof and transfer straight to the oven. The natural aluminum finish is easy to clean, and wire-reinforced rims help prevent warping. The Proofer Pro holds up to four pans, so extras keep your setup flexible. Perforated: Small perforations improve airflow and temperature consistency inside the Proofer Pro while proofing, and allow moisture to escape during baking for a crisp, evenly browned crust - ideal for croissants and pastries. Specifications: Material: Aluminum Gauge: 20 Dimensions: 18" × 13" × 1" (45.7 × 33 × 2.5 cm) Care: Hand wash recommended
