Current lead time: 1-3 weeks What's inside 8 lbs plain ground pork, 1 lb packages 10 lbs mixed sausages, 1 lb packages 18-22 chops, 2 per package, 10 lbs total 14-16 lbs bone-in shoulder roasts, 3-4 lbs each 2 lbs ham 10 lbs bacon, 1 lb packages 4 lbs ribs (1 rack baby back, 1 rack spare rib as available) 1 tenderloin 2 smoked hocks fat, organs, bones by request Note: cured products (bacon, ham, some sausages) contain sugar and nitrites. Sorry, we don't offer alternative curing methods. Our Box o' Pork is a great option if you have dietary restrictions. Our heritage breed pigs are born outdoors (no farrowing crates, ever!) on our farm and allowed to live a life as close to their natural habitat as possible.
