Half Beef for Sale $175.00 is the DEPOSIT and will be taken from final payment.  Pricing: Approximately   $2825.00 *All cuts are individually packaged How It Works: Reserve 1/4, 1/2, or Full Cow.. Upon reservation, We will book a processing date.. The week prior to your processing date, you will be sent a cut sheet for you to select your desired cuts and thickness of cuts. All cuts will be packaged individually in vacuum sealed packaging, frozen, and boxed. Once the cow is ready, we we invoice you so you can pay for the balance of your share & processing fee.. We will either deliver your meat for a small fee or you can pick up directly at the farm (which we love so you can see how well our animals are treated!)  **We do not keep large meat shares "in-stock"- all are custom butchered when you order comes in- please allow several weeks before your meats are ready.
