Place chicken in a covered baking dish with the butter and juices from the package. Heat for 25-35 minutes until warmed through. Uncover for the last 5 minutes to re-crisp the skin. Sous Vide: Leave sealed in package and submerge in a 160F water bath for 45-60 minutes. The butter and natural juices will keep the chicken incredibly moist. Stovetop: Place chicken skin-side down in a skillet over medium-low heat with the butter and juices from the package. Cover and heat for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Microwave: Place in a microwave-safe dish with the butter and juices, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 30-second intervals until warm.
