Hadfield - House Plan

The Hadfield is a great 3 bedroom farmhouse plan with a loft and bonus room, featuring a wide timbered front porch that welcomes you into the home. The vaulted living room allows in tons of natural light through a large front window and frames the loft level above.  The luxurious kitchen features a picture window overlooking the rear yard, a sit-in island and a huge walk-in pantry for storage.  Towards the back of the kitchen a door accesses the huge rear porch which features an (optional) outdoor fireplace, and tons of room for grilling, dining and lounging in nature.  Off of the two car garage, a small mud room has space for built-in cubbies and faces a full staircase up to the loft and bonus room. The loft overlooks the living room below and provides attic access for mechanical equipment.  Back downstairs, the two secondary bedrooms share a full bathroom and each has a wide reach-in closet for storage.  Between the bedrooms, is a convenient laundry closet for cleaning and storage. The primary bed suite features a wall of windows overlooking the back yard, as well as an en-suite bathroom and 8x7 walk-in closet.  Foundation Note: For basement foundations, the staircase is located as indicated on the plans. For slab or crawlspace foundations, that space becomes a storage closet.
