H4 Flight Motion Simulator Platform 4-Axis-HERO

The DOF Reality H4 (4-Axis HERO) Flight Motion Simulator is a residential 4-axis platform that introduces Heave (vertical force feedback) to the home aviation experience. By integrating vertical movement with Pitch, Roll, and Yaw, the H4 replicates essential flight dynamics such as sink rate, landing impacts, and atmospheric turbulence. This full-platform system ensures the pilot’s seat and flight controls move in unison, maintaining ergonomic consistency while delivering physical G-force cues directly to the body via high-torque motors. 4-Axis Flight Dynamics (4DOF) with Heave Full Spatial Feedback: Replicates Pitch, Roll, Yaw (coordinated turns/sideslip), and Heave. Heave Axis Precision: Simulates vertical G-force cues including takeoff lift, descent rates, and runway surface textures. Unified Architecture: Seat and control mounts move as a single rigid unit to prevent the "disconnect" found in seat-mover systems. Industrial Build & Design Commercial-Grade Steel: Constructed from high-strength European steel profiles for stability and long-term durability. Compact Footprint: Provides a 4-axis motion experience within a footprint comparable to 3-axis systems, optimized for home flight rooms. Modular Path: Designed as a versatile foundation, the H4 is fully upgradeable to the H6 (6DOF) configuration. Telemetry-Driven Software Integration Sim Racing Studio License: Includes software to translate real-time telemetry from MSFS, DCS, and X-Plane into physical motion feedback. Environmental Modeling: Processes in-game data to replicate wind shear, ground effects, and engine vibrations. Custom Profiles: Features an adjustable tuning suite to match motion intensity and smoothing to specific aircraft flight models.
