Gym Workout Subscription- Every Month

These programs are unique because they are written completely by ME, and no workout will be the same. Every month you will receive a new workout. There will be lifting sessions, cardio, core, as well as intervals mixed in each week. However you use these workouts, please remember to take it at your own pace to gauge how you're feeling. If this is your first time ever working out, don't feel like you need to do all of the workouts every day of the week. Start slow and build up from there! We will have an at home option too so you can choose which one you want to do. These workouts will take anywhere from 40-80 minutes depending on how long you rest between sets, warm ups, etc. You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month's Subscription Fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective immediately.  Refunds will not be provided for any subscription. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month.
