Guide TD 633L Thermal Monocular with LRF

The Guide TD 633L packs a 640×512 thermal sensor and 1,090-yard laser rangefinder into just 376 grams — a compact, pocketable detect-and-range monocular that delivers full 640-resolution thermal imaging with integrated ranging in the lightest package in its class. Key Features 640×512 @ 12μm VOx Sensor with ≤20mK NETD — The same proprietary Guide detector used across the TD and TU series. At 20mK sensitivity, the TD 633L matches its larger 50mm sibling in thermal image quality per-pixel — the smaller lens reduces detection range, but sensor performance is identical. Fine detail, subtle contrast, confident identification. Integrated 1,090-Yard Laser Rangefinder — Same Class 1 eye-safe LRF as the TD 653L. Spot in thermal, range with a button press, get the distance overlaid on-screen. No device juggling, no wasted time, no noise. 35mm F1.0 Germanium Objective — The shorter focal length delivers a significantly wider 12.5° × 10.0° field of view — nearly 50% wider than the 50mm TD 653L. At 100 meters, you see a 22 × 17 meter window instead of 15 × 12. This wider perspective is a meaningful advantage in dense cover, thick timber, and any scenario where you need to scan quickly and maintain awareness of movement across a broad area. Ultra-Compact at 376g (13.3 oz) — Nearly 100 grams lighter than the 50mm model and small enough to fit in a cargo pocket. At 159 × 54 × 74mm, it’s one of the most compact 640-class thermal monoculars with LRF available. The reduced size and weight make it a natural grab-and-go companion — easy to carry all day and quick to deploy one-handed. 1280×960 AMOLED Display — Same high-resolution 0.36-inch AMOLED as the TD 653L, with seven color palettes and true blacks. The display renders every pixel the sensor captures. 2x – 16x Magnification — A 2x native base provides an exceptionally wide starting view for rapid target acquisition. Digital zoom extends to 16x for closer observation. The 50Hz refresh maintains smooth, lag-free imagery throughout. 10-Hour Battery, Standard 18650 — Same 10-hour runtime on a single replaceable 18650 cell. Spares are cheap and universally available. No proprietary battery packs. 32GB Recording, Dual-Band WiFi & Bluetooth — Full photo and video recording with audio, plus 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi streaming to the TargetIR app for live sharing and firmware updates. IP67, -20°C to +50°C — Same dust-tight, submersion-rated environmental protection as the entire TD series. Ideal For Hunters who carry a thermal monocular every hunt and want the lightest, most pocketable option that doesn’t sacrifice sensor quality. At 376g with a 640×512 sensor and built-in LRF, the TD 633L goes everywhere without becoming a burden — on the belt, in a chest pocket, or dangling from a lanyard. Dense-cover and close-range hunters working timber, brush, or feeders where engagements happen inside 300 yards. The 12.5° field of view and 2x base magnification help you scan wide and pick up movement fast. The shorter detection range compared to the 50mm model is irrelevant when you’re hunting inside the timber line. First-time thermal monocular buyers stepping into 640-resolution thermal with integrated ranging. At $1,999, the TD 633L is the most affordable entry point to a 640×512 + LRF handheld thermal on the market. Guide’s 10-year warranty and US service center in Texas remove the risk of trying a less-established brand.
