Guarder SP90 High-Tensile AEG Tune-Up Spring

The Guarder SP90 is a high-quality upgrade spring designed for players seeking to optimize their AEG for CQB (Close Quarters Battle) environments or to meet specific indoor field velocity limits. Manufactured from oil-tempered steel wire, this spring is engineered for long-term consistency, resisting the "settling" or loss of tension common in lower-quality factory springs. The irregular pitch (non-linear) design reduces the initial load on the motor and battery during the start of the compression stroke, improving trigger response and efficiency. This makes the SP90 an excellent choice for high-speed builds where maintaining a moderate muzzle velocity is required without sacrificing cyclic speed. Technical Specifications: Material Construction: Manufactured from high-tensile oil-tempered steel wire for maximum fatigue resistance and stable tension. Spring Rate: Rated as an SP90, typically yielding muzzle velocities between 290 and 320 FPS depending on the compression efficiency and barrel length of the build. Irregular Pitch Design: Features non-linear winding to reduce mechanical stress on the gearbox and improve battery efficiency. Settling Resistance: Precision heat-treated to ensure the spring maintains its original length and power output over thousands of cycles. Surface Treatment: Finished with a professional black coating for superior corrosion resistance and low-friction operation. Compatibility: Designed for standard Tokyo Marui-spec AEG gearboxes (Version 2, 3, 6, etc.). Compatibility Exceptions: Specifically not compatible with the Tokyo Marui NGRS (Next Gen Recoil Shock) series or the Tokyo Marui PSG-1.
