Guarder SP160 High-Tensile AEG Tune-Up Spring

The Guarder SP160 is a professional-grade power spring designed for extreme high-velocity and DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle) builds. Manufactured from high-quality oil-tempered steel wire, Guarder springs are renowned for their exceptional resistance to "settling," maintaining their tension and power output over thousands of cycles. The SP (Spring Power) rating is a measurement of meters per second (m/s) using a 0.20g BB; however, actual performance is heavily dependent on system air seal and barrel length. This is a non-linear, irregular pitch spring, which reduces the initial load on the motor and gears during the start of the compression cycle, improving trigger response and overall system longevity. Technical Specifications: Material Construction: Manufactured from high-tensile oil-tempered steel wire for maximum fatigue resistance and consistency. Spring Rate: Rated as an SP160, typically producing muzzle velocities between 500 and 550 FPS depending on compression efficiency. Irregular Pitch Design: Features non-linear winding to reduce stress on the gearbox and motor during the initial stage of compression. Settling Resistance: Precision heat-treated to ensure the spring maintains its original length and power output over long-term use. Surface Treatment: Finished with a professional black coating to provide corrosion resistance and reduce friction against the spring guide. Compatibility: Designed for use in standard Tokyo Marui-spec AEG gearboxes (Version 2, 3, 6, etc.). Compatibility Exceptions: Specifically not compatible with the Tokyo Marui NGRS (Next Gen Recoil Shock) series or the Tokyo Marui PSG-1. Northmark Vault Recommendation: Due to the extreme tension of the SP160, this spring should only be used in reinforced gearbox shells with CNC steel gears, solid bushings, and a high-torque motor.
