Guarder SP150 High-Tensile AEG Tune-Up Spring

The Guarder SP150 is a high-performance power spring engineered for high-joule DMR and specialized long-range builds. Constructed from high-quality oil-tempered steel wire, Guarder springs are an industry favorite for their "anti-settling" properties, ensuring the spring retains its length and tension even after extensive use. The irregular pitch (non-linear) winding design is a critical feature, as it allows for an easier initial compression for the motor and gears while still providing maximum force at the end of the stroke. This results in reduced mechanical strain on the gearbox and improved trigger response compared to standard linear springs. Technical Specifications: Material Construction: Manufactured from high-tensile oil-tempered steel wire for maximum fatigue resistance and long-term consistency. Spring Rate: Rated as an SP150, typically yielding muzzle velocities between 480 and 520 FPS depending on the compression efficiency of the build. Irregular Pitch Design: Features non-linear winding to reduce initial motor torque requirements and minimize stress on the gearbox drivetrain. Settling Resistance: Subjected to a specialized heat-treatment process to ensure the spring maintains its power rating over thousands of cycles. Surface Treatment: Finished with a professional black coating to provide corrosion resistance and a low-friction interface with the spring guide. Compatibility: Designed for standard Tokyo Marui-spec AEG gearboxes (Version 2, 3, 6, etc.). Compatibility Exceptions: Specifically not compatible with the Tokyo Marui NGRS (Next Gen Recoil Shock) series or the Tokyo Marui PSG-1. Northmark Vault Recommendation: An SP150 exerts significant pressure; Northmark Vault recommends using a high-torque motor and solid steel bushings to ensure drivetrain reliability.
