Guarder SP110 High-Tensile AEG Tune-Up Spring

The Guarder SP110 is a high-quality upgrade spring designed to provide a consistent velocity. Manufactured from oil-tempered steel wire, Guarder springs are widely recognized for their "anti-settling" properties, ensuring the spring retains its original tension and length even after a rigorous break-in period. The irregular pitch (non-linear) winding reduces the initial load on the motor and gears at the start of the compression cycle, improving trigger response while delivering maximum force at the point of release. This makes the SP110 an ideal choice for technicians seeking to reach common field velocity limits while maintaining mechanical efficiency. Technical Specifications: Material Construction: Manufactured from high-tensile oil-tempered steel wire for maximum fatigue resistance and tension stability. Spring Rate: Rated as an SP110, typically producing muzzle velocities between 360 and 390 FPS depending on the compression efficiency of the system. Irregular Pitch Design: Features non-linear winding to facilitate an easier initial compression and reduce peak stress on the motor. Settling Resistance: Precision heat-treated to ensure the spring maintains its power rating over thousands of cycles without significant FPS drop. Surface Treatment: Finished with a professional black coating for superior corrosion resistance and reduced friction against internal components. Compatibility: Designed for standard Tokyo Marui-spec AEG gearboxes (Version 2, 3, 6, etc.). Compatibility Exceptions: Specifically not compatible with the Tokyo Marui NGRS (Next Gen Recoil Shock) series or the Tokyo Marui PSG-1.
