Guarder SP100 High-Tensile AEG Tune-Up Spring

The Guarder SP100 is a premium power spring renowned for its consistent performance and high-quality manufacturing standards. Constructed from oil-quenched and tempered silicon-chromium (Si-Cr) alloy steel wire, it is designed to resist "settling," ensuring it maintains its tension and power rating over thousands of shots. The irregular pitch (non-linear) winding reduces the initial load on the motor and battery, facilitating an easier start to the compression cycle while still delivering full force at the point of release. This spring is a versatile choice for players seeking to achieve stable field velocities while maintaining mechanical efficiency and a smooth rate of fire. Technical Specifications: Material Construction: Manufactured from high-tensile Oil Quenched/Tempered Si-Cr Alloy Steel Wire for exceptional durability and long-term consistency. Spring Rate: Rated as an SP100, typically yielding muzzle velocities between 330 and 380 FPS depending on system compression and barrel length. Irregular Pitch Design: Features non-linear winding to reduce initial mechanical stress on the motor and drivetrain. Settling Resistance: Precision heat-treated to ensure the spring maintains its original power rating over more than 100,000 shots. Surface Finish: Both ends of the spring are polished to ensure a flat interface with the spring guide and piston head. Standard Compatibility: Designed for use in all standard Tokyo Marui-spec AEG gearboxes (Version 2, 3, 6, etc.). Compatibility Exceptions: Specifically not compatible with the Tokyo Marui NGRS series or the Tokyo Marui PSG-1.
