This inky red is rich and ripe with concentrated black cherry, plums and sweet tobacco. Firm structure with vibrating acidity possesses a terrific richness and depth. Lingering fruit flavors and minerals allow a long-lasting finish. Sourced entirely from Guarachi’s Meadow rock estate, grapes for” G” have been meticulously hand-picked, hand-sorted and night-harvested from the finest 30-year-old vines found on the property’s rich rocky earth.     Alex Guarachi is owner and winemaker of Guarachi Family Wines and founder of Guarachi Wine Partners (formally TGIC Global Fine Wine Company).    A beautiful mountain Cabernet Sauvignon with power under the hood. Deep, dark ruby color in the glass. The aromas are led by a bounty of black cherry and plum, along with violet, cassis, dark chocolate shavings, and licorice. The palate is expansive and lush, with plenty of dark fruit and cocoa carried on well-knit tannins that resolve in a long finish.
