Body GUA SHA THERAPY

BODY GUA SHA THERAPY TCM practitioners have been using Gua Sha therapy for thousands of years extensively to help manage pain. Based on the principles of Chi, the Gua Sha technique can help to bring the body back into alignment by clearing stagnation to improve the flow of Chi. Our skilled practitioner uses various Gua Sha tools as well as heated stones to melt away tightness around the shoulder, neck, and lower back, promoting the flow of Chi to release toxins, increasing circulation and revitalizing energy in the body. GUA SHA THERAPY - HEAD, NECK, SHOULDER & BACK RELIEF Concentrating on the upper & lower back areas where we tend to hold tension and stress. Ideal for those constantly hunched over the computer, who suffer from insomnia issues, headache, dizziness, and overall stiffness. We also use heated stones to melt away tightness around the shoulder, neck and lower back, promoting the flow of chi to release toxins and revitalizing energy in the body. Relief of long-term chronic discomfort in the neck and shoulders will improve brain function. GUA SHA THERAPY - FULL BODY  A full body Gua Sha session offers comprehensive health benefits by addressing stagnant energy, known as Chi, which practitioners believe may cause inflammation and chronic pain. The specialized scraping technique enhances blood flow, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing by breaking up this stagnant energy. Gua Sha also aids detoxification by removing ‘dampness’—the cause of stagnation—promoting the flow of chi to release toxins, improving circulation, and energizing the area with Chi. Additionally, it supports digestion, tones and strengthens tissues. Gua Sha Therapy boosts immune function by stimulating the body’s defense mechanisms, deeply releases muscle tightness, and has a calming effect on the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety. Furthermore, it improves flexibility, range of motion, and sleep quality, enhancing overall physical and mental health. ▪️60 MINUTES (NECK, SHOULDER & BACK) $200 ▪️90 MINUTES (WHOLE BODY) $290   BOOK NOW SAVE ON PACKAGES BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE ADD TO YOUR APPOINTMENT FACIAL CUPPING  Experience the rejuvenating benefits of facial cupping.
