Self-Care Mini Kit

What better gift to give this holiday season than the gift of a mindful, self-care routine? This bundle is inspired by two traditional Japanese practices that stimulate natural detoxification and lymphatic drainage, containing a dry brush and your choice of a jade or rose quartz gua sha. Each item improves the softness and elasticity of the skin, helps your skin to absorb creams or lotions, and works to give you an all-over, healthy glow! Suitable for all skin types. How to Use: Dry Brush: Simply brush your skin with gentle, sweeping strokes. Stay present with the sensation to improve mindfulness. Gua Sha: Clean your face. Apply a moisturizer or some kind of lotion or oil to your face. Keep tool flat on the face and smooth gently over skin on the jawline, neck, cheekbones, and forehead, following the attached chart. Wash tool with gentle soap, pat dry, and put it in the included cotton bag.  Materials: Dry Brush: Made of thousands of fibers and a wooden handle. Gua Sha: Made of Rose quartz or jade.
