When used as an interface in audio electronic applications, this heat-resistant, vibration-control material minimizes microphonic influence. Custom-formulated, silicone-based viscoelastic is firm, just barely "squishy," and compliant. Use as an interface between component shelf and rack, between platform and shelf, under mass-loading weight, wherever a compliant interface is needed for superior vibration control or decoupling. Provides superb isolation with turntable and plinth applications. Effective throughout a broad range of weight loads. 1/16" (1.6mm) thick. Optional pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side bonds well to most materials. (Adhesive can be applied to both sides by special request.)
