Grumpys Sandstorm Surf Rod

Grumpys Tackle is proud to present our own factory built surf rod, the Sandstorm. Born on the Jersey shore, but useful anywhere there is water.  Designed by our in-house rod Builder, Bob Hryszko, Sandstorm rods are built with high quality Fuji components, including tangle free K-Guides.  The reel seat has a locking ring so that loose reels will be a thing of the past. The rod comes with a one year limited warranty. We have three models, the original 9 foot rod rated for for 3/4 to 3 oz lures, a 10'6 inch model rated for 1 to 5 oz lures, and a new 7'10" model rated for ½ to 2 oz. The 9' and 10'6" are two piece rods with an approximate 65/35 split. The 7'10" is a one piece blank. WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm- www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
